A. Donations
- All donations made through our website are non-refundable.
- Donations are used for spiritual, charitable, and religious purposes and are not subject to commercial return policies.
- In case of any duplicate or accidental donations, you may write to support@radhakishori.com within 24 hours of the transaction for review. Refunds for such cases may be processed at our discretion after verification.
B. Products (For Spiritual Products Section)
Once our product marketplace is launched, the following policies will apply:
Returns:
- Products can be returned only if:
- They are received in a damaged or defective condition.
- A wrong product is delivered.
- You must initiate the return within 48 hours of receiving the order.
- Products must be unused, in original packaging, and accompanied by proof of purchase.
Refunds:
- Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days.
- Shipping costs are non-refundable unless the error was from our side.
- Products such as prasad, spiritual offerings, or items marked non-returnable are excluded.
C. Cancellations
Orders for physical products may be canceled within 1 hour of placing them. After processing, cancellations may not be honored.
